Ehrman Tapestry eCommerce Redesign

Ehrman Tapestry is a unique retailer of artist-designed needlepoint kits with an extremely loyal and unique customer base. As part of my ongoing role as Design Director at LogicSpot, I led Ehrman’s eCommerce redesign first through user analysis and stakeholder interviews. Best practices and a simple, clean UX that catered to their older demographic were the required approaches. Lo-fi wireframes were created and a template-based framework was implemented for efficiency and flexibility.

I also provided Ehrman with an eCommerce Photography Assessment to see if their existing assets would work within the redesign. I recommended that this client update their product photography and I art-directed two on-location photoshoots, resulting in imagery that beautifully captures how stunning their products are. I also refreshed the Ehrman logo for use on all their products and digital marketing materials.
